Starting out his career as a motive power technician, Joshua has reached numerous career milestones in only a few years—including leadership roles at GreenFirst Forest Products and Rayonier Advanced Materials, where he refined his expertise in industrial safety and process management.
Today, as CEO of AgraCore and President of Nadeau Haulage & Excavation, Joshua is dedicated to fostering a consistent culture of collaboration, safety, and sustainable growth—ensuring even the most complex projects are executed smoothly and securely.
Kelsey Wedge

Kelsey is an experienced pipeline industry professional with a background in pipeline inspection, safe excavation, and field operations.
With over a decade of experience at Enbridge, Ontario Power Generation, and Summit Pipeline Services, he has built strong expertise in pipeline integrity and safety-driven execution.
